Laura Becker is a program associate with R4D’s nutrition team. She currently works on projects that support adolescent health and nutrition initiatives, as well as a project on nutrition data for decision making.
Before joining R4D, Ms. Becker worked with Helen Keller International in Nepal on the Suaahara project, investigating factors affecting attendance of a growth monitoring and promotion program. She also has worked as a nutritionist for the U.S. WIC program.
Ms. Becker holds an MSc in nutrition for global health from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, and a BA in dietetics and peace and conflict studies from the College of Saint Benedict in Minnesota.
